TENDER NOTICE

ID Renovation of Desa Fresh Mart (Pasaraya Sandakan)

We are pleased to invite qualified and experienced contractors to submit their tender for the ID Renovation Works for Desa Fresh Mart at the following address:

Ground Floor Blok J, Jalan Utara Batu 4,
Bandar Pasaraya, 90000, Sandakan, Sabah.

Tender documents will be issued via email upon confirmation of earnest interest. Interested tenderers are requested to contact the undersigned to obtain the tender documents.

Tenderers are required to arrange a site visit prior to submission. Kindly coordinate directly with the Desa Representative - Mr. Gary (Tel: 012-392 2757) to schedule the visit.

Tender submissions must be submitted via email and received no later than:

13 March 2026 (Friday), 5:00 PM

The submission shall include completed tender pricing, proposed construction completion period and company profile detailing relevant experience and technical capability.

The tender shall remain valid for a period of three (3) months from the closing date of submission.

Tenderers are encouraged to seek clarification from the undersigned should further information be required.
